1. Open the BevFood application and select “My QR” to display the barcode and QR code of your BevFood membership card on your phone (after successfully registering as a member).

2. Show this to the staff every time you make a payment to earn points from your purchases or services at OISHI, MX Cake & Bakery, So asian Café & Restaurant, and Man Fu Yuan Restaurants.

For every 25 THB spent, you will earn 1 point. Points will be valid for 2 calendar years and will expire at the end of the year. For example, if you received 30 points on July 10, 2024, and 10 points on December 5, 2024, the total of 40 points will expire on December 31, 2025.

Points accumulated earlier will be used first when redeeming points.

You can check your points that you earn via the BevFood app by selecting Account > Membership History > Points.

If your points are incorrect, please contact the branch where you made the transaction or report the issue through the BevFood Support form. Click here and select “Points Earning” as the issue category.

Once you redeem your points for a voucher, the company reserves the right not to refund points in any case, except when the voucher cannot be used as intended after verification.

You can redeem points through the BevFood application by selecting a restaurant where you wish to accumulate points, clicking “Redeem Point,” and selecting the e-Voucher value. Please review the voucher details and conditions before clicking the “Confirm” button.

Once you click “Confirm,” the redemption is complete. The voucher will be valid for 30 days from the redemption date or according to the specific voucher terms.

The company reserves the right not to refund points in any case, except when the cash voucher cannot be used as intended after verification.

 You can check the status of your redeemed vouchers in the BevFood application by going to “My Coupon”

For customers who are existing Pointo cardholders, when you register as a new customer via the BevFood app, your Pointo card points will be transferred automatically to the BevFood app (only if your registered ID number and phone number match). Pointo card membership will be canceled and converted to BevFood membership.

If you encounter issues with transferring points from your Pointo card, please report the problem through the BevFood Support form Click here and select “Points Earing” as the issue category.

To view your points history, open the BevFood application, go to the menu > “Membership Card History” > select “Points.”
