Sign up for the Bevfood Application for free! There are no charges. Simply install the BevFood app on your mobile device, then registerf with your phone number by following the on-screen instructions. (Customers must be new members who have never registered in the system before in order to register as a new member.)

You can report the issue through the BevFood Support form. Click here and select “Registration” as the issue category.  Please also describe the issue in detail in the form.

 For Thai customers, enter your ID card number in the BevFood app to activate your membership card manually. For international customers, enter your passport number in the BevFood app to activate your membership card manually.

Members can update the BevFood application to the latest version and follow these steps:

  1. Log in with the most recently registered phone number.
  2. Tap the “Activate Card” button.
  3. Enter your Thai ID or Passport number.
  4. If the Thai ID or Passport already exists in the system, a notification will appear stating “Failed to open membership card”
  5. Tap the “Change phone number” button.
  6. Enter the old phone number previously registered and the Thai ID or Passport number again.
  7. Tap the “Next” button.

The system will automatically transfer the information from your old phone number to the account linked to your most recently registered phone number.

If you continue to experience issues, please report them via BevFood Support form by Click here and selecting the “Membership Registration” option.

The notification “Failed to open membership card” may occur due to a system interruption during the activation process, which can result from network issues at the time of use.

We recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Log out and log back into the system.
